This is the Alyssa asleep kit by Rosa Alfonso. 18 inches long and 5 pounds.
Nicely painted darker skin tone and drawn on hair. Where hair is drawn the paint was a bit rougher so I put on some baby powder to smooth it. So there might be a bit of powder on other parts too. See photos, they’re part of the description.
So peacefully asleep, I think his features are very sweet. Could be a girl too. Takes a magnetic pacifier.
