I believe this to be the late 1800's
Repousse Floral Design
Gold wash inside this beautiful piece but not on the lid
The lid shows some tarnishing
There are indentations towards bottom and around the rim but closes perfectly
There is a small pinpoint hole in this piece as seen in picture 8 in bright light and picture 9 shows it in another light
Check all pictures for any above imperfections and minor scratches
All in all this piece is absolutely gorgeous for the silver collector... the imperfections do not take away from the beauty and price has been greatly reduced to reflect flaws:)
Measurements in pictures
I have seen one of these pieces sold on another platform for close to 500 but this price is very reasonable
