Antique/Vintage Dresser Jewelry Box with a lithograph under glass by Francois Robert Ingouf titled "La Promenade du”. This beautiful box has a pearlised blue/green & gold tone painted surface. The lid lifts along the long edge opening up to a mirror and 3 compartments. The interior compartment has a glass sheet liner.
The etching reproduction has a young man meeting two noble women in a formal garden and offering them some flowers. Etching and engraving has an original date of 1774.
Measures approximately
11” high x 9” wide x 2.75” wide
Condition is good vintage. Some rusting on the exterior hinges, some surface scratches on the glass. Some watermarks inside the box. Age related wear and discolouration on the mirror.
