Locomotive will need some type of repair.
When tested, the locomotive ran forward and reverse. No lights came on.
The locomotive did seem to run slower than what i believe it should. Reverse seemed slower than forward.
Bottom does not stay attached to body.
Front coupler needs repair.
Missing wheel guards on front trucks.
Has chips and wear all over.
Handrails are bent, the yellow paint wearing off.
