This dress is NWT. Had an AOP print of Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Supergirl, and Catwoman.
The material is very soft and stretchy and may even fit an XL. It fits like a skater dress.
It cinches in the middle with a tie, has pockets, and loops for a belt. The belt was supposed to come with it, but UV didn't send one and I guess they didn't have a belt to send. The loops can be removed and you can use your own belt.
