Department 56 Snow Village Halloween Grimsly's House of Oddities. #799935 from 2007. Excellent condition, no cracks or chips, appears unused. Larger building, 11” tall. Has all parts and pieces, light works. Minor wear to outer sleeve from storage / wear. Has a very small light grey spot on the front stairs, could be a manufacturing/painting flaw or paint chip but it’s not a ceramic chip. It’s completely smooth with the stairs and so small it’s hard to even look closely at it. Very cool unique building. With box weighs 3 lbs 14 oz, measures 12” x 7.5” x 9”
