There are some minor scratches from use, but there is a burn-in on the right side of the LCD screen, making it appear black. (Please check the 2nd and 3rd photos)
When I was using it, it didn't affect the screen touch or swiping. It was just that I could see a little black haze on the right side, and I often used it in dark mode, so I didn't really care about the screen burn-in. (However, it is noticeable when the screen is white.)
According to the person I purchased it from before, this is one of the characteristics of the iPad 10's LCD screen.
