Figure is new in box & unopened. The plastic film/screen is partially detached, but the figure is secured with a zip ties around its neck and never removed. The other one for sale does not have this , so it isn’t actually new. On the screen, there is a smudge that should be able to be cleaned off. The box is in the condition shown. He talks, but it is a little distorted/sped up which is common. Shipping is free!
