RARE: Shenango China Art Deco 10” Blue/White Plates, Restaurant Ware by Interspace. Set of 5 /Great condition.
Shenango China Inc. was acquired by Interpace Corp. in 1968. Shenango continued its legacy of producing durable & high-quality ceramic dinnerware, including commercial restaurant ware & consumer-oriented lines.
The Vintage Shenango China Blue and White Dinner Plate w/ distinctive Geometric Blue & White pattern, is an example of a design produced during this time.
Interpace Corporation later sold Shenango China Company to Anchor Hocking in 1979, before Interpace itself dissolved in 1984.
These are a unique design & an excellent pattern to mix w other blue & white dinnerware patterns from China to Italy to Holland.
Really great condition, sturdy. One plate has a more ware w/ a very little area w/ a light-brown spider vein. Very light not affecting use. See photos
