The kitchen edition is from 1990.
The floor edition has versions from 1990 and 1992.
The kitchen edition has about 3 pages torn out.

I will sell it as is, as tampering with it might damage it further.
Both floor editions are in good condition.
I worked there when it transitioned to Gusto.
I'd like to sell it to someone who finds it nostalgic, so I've priced it a bit higher.
