This is a two book set by Hubert H. Bancroft detailing the progress of, history behind, and exhibits of the 1893 Chicago worlds fair. Last picture shows the price of the same set on eBay. This set is not in as good of condition. There are pages with rips, and the outer covers show significant wear. Plus, someone added tape to the back binding. The lower price reflects the books condition. I do know this has been in my family since my great grandfather went to the fair and purchase the set. The set is very large and extremely heavy. Shipping rates reflect this. Smoke and pet free home.
