This is a US Navy A-1 deck jacket hood with coyote fur, a government-issued item.
The outer side is waterproof nylon.
The hood has wire in it.
There are two rows of dot buttons under the chin for two-stage adjustment.
There are two 27mm buttons and loops.
The inside is brushed.
WALDES zipper.
