NOTE needs battery! New old stock watch I purchased at the first eeBaey live event in 2002. At that time Disney had auctions in conjunction with eeBaey. It began October 2000. Has all original items in it: the watch which wraps around a styrofoam insert, styrofoam top pieces, the instructions and the original tin. On the base it has the "auctions" address in Burbank, which is the original Walt Disney Studios location. Also has what I believe was the item number when purchased.
I DO NOT know how many of these were made, I have never seen one online before.
Disney Auctions, a joint venture with eebaeyy, shut down 2009 and is now part of the online Disney Store. The closure was partly due to disagreements with eBay over running the auctions. Disney Auctions was a platform where items like theme park signs, ride vehicles, and movie props were sold.
