Deréon was a ready-to-wear fashion line co-founded by singer Beyoncé and her mother, Tina Knowles. The name "Deréon" pays tribute to Beyoncé's maternal grandmother, Agnèz Deréon. The brand, which also had a junior line, was launched in 2006. House of Deréon was inspired by three generations of women in the Knowles family, combining elements from the 1940s, 1970s, and Beyoncé's own generation.
