Vintage. MCM. George Briard “Royale” Cake stand. 10.25 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches tall. Piece features a small piece of its original price sticker. There is an inscription on the bottom inside the pedestal that reads “Royale From the European courts of the 1800’s, this classic leaf motif is equally adaptable to contemporary or traditional settings. Original from the Private collection or George Briard.” Also features a Made in Japan foil sticker.
Cake stand is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a small mark (black or blue) on the underside of the plate area. This can be seen in the additional pictures.
