This is an old metal frame with a domed glass. The picture inside is a very old print of a woman in a black dress. The top of the metal frame came apart. It would need to be welded back together. Visible in pictures. It's very hard to get a great picture without a reflection on the domed glass. The size is about 25 inches by 15 inches.
