Great unisex jewelry piece for Scottish Games or Reenactment Events.
Measuring 2 1/8" in diameter x 1/2" deep, with a secure rollover clasp.
Constructed of silver plate metal, in a slightly domed, openwork, finely crafted, Scottish Thistle Flower and Leaf design.
The center has a 1" in diameter, faceted Citrine (Cairngorm) colored Rhinestone. The outer border is inset with four (4) marvelous orange and green incised frosted glass thistle flowers.
I have never seen another Scottish Thistle Brooch that has the glamour and beauty of this piece! I am surprised it is not signed.
Extremely fine condition ~ One small scratch to back coating of center stone.
